"Honey, sometimes you've got to be a Patriot".
So my wife was out of town all last week, returned Friday. She missed most of the excitement and certainly the discussions. We did "catch up" last night and talked from religion through gun control. I said something to her that I didn't all week with you folks. My wife has a pistol in her bedside as well as a shotgun, but was feeling worn down by the media and feeling like a bunch of my pro-gun also do. She was feeling like she would let some things get by regardless that they didn't make sense or add up, like 30rnd mags etc. She asked why I wouldn't and I said "Honey, sometimes you've got to be a Patriot". It came from the heart, I didn't even think of the words, it just came out. I love this country and the Constitution. I am a Patriot. I will fight just as hard for freedom of religion, freedom of speech and any of the other principles that make this country the greatest.” -Jason Crist
