Holster question

Can anyone suggest a good holster for a S&W 686 with a 2.5 barrel? Thanks for your replies.

I just had FIST make a holster for my.............

S&W 686 with a 2.5" barrel. Funny you should ask. It is an IWB clip model and is really nice. Great leather! Second holster I have had made by FIST and both have been quality. Price very reasonable too. I recommend their work highly. FYI http://www.fist-inc.com/:)

I carry my 686-4, 2 1/2" in either a Derry Gallagher "Jeffee" or an Alessi belt slide. Both have good "muzzle rear" rake, and hold the butt into the side, close but comfortable. The Alessi has "wings" at the top front, which give good rear sight protection.

I personally prefer Greg Garrett's holsters @ Comp-Tac for my CCW. Give him a try.
