Holster Question

What is the best holster for a H&R Model 929 .22 10 shot revolver 1981? I have a S&W one, but was wondering if there is a closer fit.
 
Hunter, Bucheimer and most of the other traditional holster makers made them specifically from the H&R models.
 
I have found Gould & Goodrich to be excellent holsters, Many different styles for many guns....of, course, I am partial to leather,
 
Have a look at LAG if you like Kydex and if you like Leather then it's really hard to beat El Paso Leather. If you just want something off the shelf at most gun stores then Galco probably has what you want in leather.
 
If you're a DIY type of shooter, you might try making one yourself. Tandy leather has all the tools, leather and know how to help you do it right and it will cost you the same as a first class leather one from a known commercial maker. It's a fun project and you'll be proud of the results. And Btw, you'll make more than one, for sure. Best of luck, Rod
