Holster/lights for .45 w/rails

When I carries GM many years ago, I had a concealment pancake type holster (deSantis?) that had a thumbreak that when closed w/the pistol cocked & locked, would ride between the hammer and firing pin. It was an unobtrusive setup and added to my "comfort factor". Now that I've purchased a Springfield w/rails, I'm finding holster options few.

Anyone have any suggestions for a comparable holster available for these "railed" .45's?

Any suggestions for lights?

Bearing in mind majority of the carry will be concealment w/o the light.

BladeTech might have a set-up you are looking for. They are all kydex, but have a thumb break and make them for railed models.

The attached photo is our Thumb break holster made for a SA TRP Professional FBI w/ rails, cocked and locked carry only. Hope this helps.
