I bought a sig 229 last year and have decided to carry it some. There are a lot of options when it comes to holsters. I have looked at the kydex holsters as well as others on line, I really like leather instead of plastic. I don't really care if it can be seen, I have a permit anyway. Would not wear it all day, off an on. I am unsure of the paddle stile holsters, always have worn mine on a belt while hunting or walking in the woods. I'm just fishing for info on what other people are using. It wouldn't be a big deal to slide it off and on my belt. Looking for something kind of small that would hold the gun in place without me worrying if it is going to fall out and keep it close to my side too. Thanks for any info.
