Find somebody in your area who makes kydex holsters, and pay him to form one around your gun.
Friend of mine made them in GA; I watched him make one for my PX4. Since he had no PX4 blank, he formed the kydex to my pistol.
Heat pre-cut kydex blank (approximating the gun) to 300F, so it becomes soft, like dental wax (but hot). Place on gun and let cool, more or less. Use basic shop tools (reciprocating saw, drill press, sanders) to get rid of excess kydex and smooth the edges.
Took maybe 40 minutes. Of course, Mike does this as a business, and he's quick. Point is, though, that it's actually an easy material to work, and a guy with shop sense, tools, and some basic patterns can set up to make holsters pretty easily.
