I have found a way to have both. I have an Uncle Mike's super belt slide holster. OWB holds it close and is easily concealed. If you need to wear it deeper, strap it on under your pants with a utility strap. You can even tuck your shirt in if you have to.
Otherwise, get you a Fist K3 IWB Kydex holster. They are great!
