holster for HK USPC

I have HK USPC in both 9mm and .45. I have had a tough time finding holsters for them. I have been carrying a g26 in a Desantis small of back for a while now. I really like the feel of the HKs though. I have never tried Inside the waist style.

Who makes holsters for HK compacts?

what kind/brand/style do you wear?

shoulder harness? IWB? SOB?

I am pretty used to the SOB and Fobus holsters.

I am right handed

Aker Leather at http://www.akerleather.com is my favorite for leather gear. They don't seem to get mentioned much on the boards, but I've found they have great quality, nice selection, and friendly service.

For Kydex, I found Comp-tac at http://www.comp-tac.com and didn't need to look anywhere else. Again, great quality, good selection, and outstanding customer service.

For the USP Compact, IWB works best for me. The back of that large slide tends to print if it's not pulled in as snugly as possible.

I also took a look at cen-dex, but they don't make holsters for the compact. I've also had terrible luck with blade-tech products and their customer service is very poor.

My favorite so far is highnoonholsters. www.highnoonholsters.com. They don't do Kydex, but their leather holsters are the best on the net. Attention to detail and very flexible return policy is the best, period. Take a look before you buy somewhere else.

For on the belt, the Alessi CQC is tough to beat. Very comfortable, and still concealable. Also, of the hightest quality. There may be equal quality, but none better.
For IWB, I like the Rosen ARG. I have both the Express and the standard with thumb break, and find them to hide my USPc .40 better than anything.
I still prefer leather to kydex.

I carry my Usp 40c in a Desantis Speed scabard. The Desantis stuff is pretty decent. The two best I have come across are Kramer(exccelent quality-2 week delivery)and High Noon(just as good as Kramer ,if not better-1 week delivery. Both of them make the holster when you call. They make them in both horsehide and cowhide.Lined and unlined. The horsehide is better for corrosion resistance but a little more pricey.Your average horsehide Kramer is about $90.00.High Noon runs about $75.00.I cant get you a direct link to Kramer but the address is kramerleather.com.Hope this helps!

Try FIST

Try FIST holsters, kydex is thin and makes for a very quick draw.

I have two USP compacts in .40...love the holster after trying many others.

Second vote for Comp-Tac... Excellent quality, Excellent value. I use the Shirt Tucker for my Kahr P40, and I plan on buying one of the Paddle Holsters for my USP soon. Only limited styles will prompt me to go elsewhere for a holster. Customer Service is top notch too. I sent several e-mails to Comp-Tac asking all sorts of questions prior to purchase, and each of them was answered promptly and courteously.
