Holster for a females SP-101?

My female co-worker just picked up a hammerless SP-101. She wants to be able to open carry OWB in our shop as well as concealed carry whenever else. As limited as I am with revolvers I have no suggestions for her OWB holster. Suggestions for a holster would be great and reasons for the suggestions would be very much appreciated. Thanks PGH~ ;)
 
Tauris Holsters

I prefer the high ride myself but that might sit a bit high for her. There are others Tauris offers and they offer options such as thumb break, tension screw etc. Tauris turnaround if fairly quick, too. In the past it was about a month.
 
I'm in the same position as her and thinking of something for ladies for my SP DAO (so much for the theory of women not liking this gun ;) ) My guess is Galco will be a good place to start which is where I plan to look for a good holster for belt wear. Wouldn't be a bad place to look for concealment holsters too.
 
Just curious - considering that a woman might need to step out to use the ladies room :o should the holster have a thumb break on the DAO 2"?
