Hogue or Pierce?

I have a S&W 639, and a para p12 on order. I would like to change the grips on both. Which grips are of better quality Hogue or Pierce? Also Does the belly band holster really work?

I have or have had Hogue one piece,wrap around or slip-on grips on EVERY handgun I've owned. I've used them to replaced factory and after market grips. Never had a problem with fit or wear. I'd give them an A+.

I have a Hogue grip on my Colt 1991A1 and a Pearce grip on my Bulgarian Makarov. Perfectly happy with both. :)

Don't know about the grips, but to answer your second question belly bands do work. Just don't get a cheap crappy one. Personally I use the bellyband put out by Gunslinger here on TFL. It is especially made for carrying large guns, and does so very effectively. Do a search for his name and you can get his e-mail off of the profile.
