Hodgdon hybrid 100v . . .

So I have a pound of Hodgdon hybrid 100 v and thought I'd use it on some 223 fmJ at 55 grains. But I can't find a formula. Is it just too fast of a powder for a bullet that small?

H100V is a SLOW burning powder made for magnums and low expansion ratio cartridges.

if it's a long barrel you "might" get it to work, but it wont be optimal, especally with that light pill.

better suited for something like the -06
