HK416 UTG Bug Buster / Iron Sights

I want to mount a UTG Bug Buster on my HK416 without removing the iron sights and I would like to mount the scope in such a way that I can use the iron sights in a pinch.

I know there are some carry handles and such with picatinny rails on top that can be seen through, can anyone make a recommendation based on experience?

Actually the bug buster came with qd rings, problem is you can't use the scope because the diopter sight gets in the way.
