Hk

I do only own one HK; a P7M8. Really don't have a burning desire for any of the other pistols, although if a screaming deal came my way on a P7M10/M13 or a P9S, I'd take it just for the collectability. USP's are nice guns, but they just don't "do" it for me; besides, I have a bunch of Glocks which fill the same niche, anyway.

You guys. lol

Did I have to be specific? :D

I could have answered my own question in that case. lol!!!

Oh, I see. . . you wanted recommendations on handguns!

;)

Seriously now, I'd get a full sized in the caliber you like best (that is if you have decent sized hands).

I really like my full sized .40, but I haven't shot my compact .45 enough yet to decide if I like it better. If I were only going to own one H&K pistol, it have to be a full sized .45. No real reason, I'd just want that one.

P7...no, Tactical...no,Expert...no,P9...oh shucks! Get them all.

It really is hard to choose a bad HK be it handgun, long gun, sub-gun or grenade launcher. So far I've got the P7M8 and USP 45 Tactical and wouldn't part with either of them. However, my favorite caliber is .45ACP so maybe the Tactical has an egde, though extremly slight.

I think the question you need to ask is, "What should be my FIRST Hk?"

Just one....hahahahaha!!!! That was a good one :D

Buy one, fall in love, buy more. Trust me.

P7M8

All HK's seem to be nice firearms. The really unique and interesting HK is the P7M8. Plus its a fine pistol, so I would recommend that one. I also have Tactical, which is just a tuned USP and while I really like it, the design is similar to a million others (not that this is bad). If you have to have a .45, get a Tac.

P7M8. There is no finer total handgun design.

But a P9S is so interesting, it makes me glad not to choose.

Of the modern breed, the USP is cool, but pedestrian.

If I could only own one HK, it sure as hell wouldn't be a pistol. The one HK I choose is a G3 sear gun. Since this is the pistol forum, I'll play along and say P7M13.

I would get a 40. This one would be a nice one to own and shoot. Ammo might be a little hard to get, though. Real conversation piece too.

330 rpm

Not sure if it has semi-auto capabilities but the cyclic rate seems to be slow enough to allow the possibility of firing one round off through trigger control with the gun set on full-auto.
