HK usp compact .45 for CCW anyone?

Was wondering if anyone uses their Hk usp compact .45 for CCW carry? If so what holster are you all using? I also have a glock 19 which would be easier to carry, but I like my HK so much better. Any suggestions?

I carry

the HK USP .45c concealed in a Mitch Rosen 5JR-EXP. It situates snugly and is easily concealed with a light jacket.

I just got my hk a week ago and have a holster on order (lefty)
but can't reccommend any holsters yet as I don't have the experience. Will let you know if you want.
 
I am interested in finding a holster as well. I have a Milt Sparks VersaMax 2 for my SW CS9 and love it. I was going to order one for my HK but there is a note on the website about how it doesn't work well for thicker pistols. I was wondering if this was just IWB in general or the holster. I will contact Milt Sparks but was wondering if anyone used this holster with their USPc.

HK USP .45C was the first pistol I ever bought myself. I carried it for a while using a fobus paddle holster. It worked out great . I even carried it a couple of times only wearing a undershirt and a cotton t-shirt amazingly enough. Yes, it was concealed. I eventually wanted something more concealable so I switched to a glock 26 for concealed carry but I still carry the HK anytine weather clothing permits. i.e jacket or heavier shirt weather.
 
I carry an H&K USP compact .45 in a Fobus paddle holster for now. I've not had a problem using it during the past winter and have carried at times with an untucked shirt over it with no problem. I'm going to have to make some changes for summer, but so far I've had no problem.

I have one, but I don't carry it. I find that my Kimber Compact is significantly less bulky than my USPc, and has a better trigger too. YMMV.

I vary between my Kimber Ultra Compact and my USPc 45. If the weather is really hot, and I really have to limit what I wear, I may be limited to the Kimber, but I can ususally carry whichever I like in my Improved Bellyband. Unfortunately, someone on another thread just said that those bellybands are no longer being produced.
 
Like M1911, I used to carry a USPc .45 but traded it for a Kimber compact. For the USP I used a FIST Kydex IWB(http://www.fist-inc.com/holsters/k1/Default.htm). Kydex is significantly thinner than leather so it cuts down on the bulk of the rig.
I carry the Kimber in an ITP-3 Pro from http://www.hoffners.com/ . They seem to have quality stuff at a good price and it only takes a week or two for delivery. I believe the number is 281-353-6484.
