HK USP/C Slide

I noticed a small chip (metal's showing)on the inside of the slide right under the ejection port. Its the thinnest part of the slide. I think its gotten a little deeper after putting another 300 rounds.

Need I be concerned or will it settle in? Most "experts" I've shown it to just shrug their shoulders. So is there a similar mark on your slide?
 
Not sure... if you don't get the responses you are looking for, you might want to ask on hkpro.com in the handgun section of the forum. Not that this forum isn't the best, it's just that it seems like a pretty detailed circumstance that I have not heard about.
