HK USP 9C and SIG 228 9mm

Somebody who has an experience with both SIG 228 9mm and USP 9C - how you would rate these guns? Which one you would prefer?
Will 226 mags fit 228?

the 226 mags will fit the 228, i used hi-cap sig226 mags in my 228, they do stick out a little, but it never bothered me.

i prefer the 228 over the USP, a closer battle would be the P7m13 vs. the 228, but there is a major price difference.

shoot them both and see what you think, i am of the opinion that the 228 is one of the finest pistols made, very high quality...S
 
oh, and another thing, don't be seduced by these low price hi-cap mags, a fatal mistake.
i fortunately found six leftover 226 mags at the dealer where i bought mine, the were originals, even had the jpsauer stamp on them, still in the package brand new! paid $60 each, but worth it. only other mags i would recommend would be mec-gar, and i do believe that they may make mag's FOR sig.
no need to buy such a reliable weapon and experience a malfunction due to the mag, best wishes.................S
