It was supposedly Colt that was buying HK, although there was some doubt about that since few people thought Colt actually had the cash to do so. (Colt laid off many employees just before the SHOT Show, reportedly because of troubles meeting payroll.) The last I'd heard, the deal was supposed to go through by the end of February.
