Every once in awhile, while browsing
the gun catalogs I see the HJS 4 barrel
Sharps replicas in 22 LR. However, I never
see them in stores or gun shows.
I did once in Florida (but I live in TX)
and didn't want to pay FFL charges for
a little gun.
My interest is kind of collecting. I like
small pocket guns. I have a 22 S NAA mini
and thought this would be a nice companion.
I guess I was traumatized as a kid by
the Yancy Derringer TV show as he had
a Sharps in every pocket, sleeves, vest,
hat.
On the American Derringer web page they
mention a 4 barrel (not the COPS) is
coming but they never answer e-mails.
Anybody have info on the HJS or Am. Derr?
I suppose I could call them but that
takes the fun out of TFL.
