No wonder so many are against "assault" weapons. It is such a prejorative word. Might as well call them "massacre" weapons. I wonder if if they would be so against them if they were called "patriot" guns, or perhaps "freedom firearms". I bet not. And of course, as has been noted a billion times, it is wrong to label anything but a fully automatic gun as an assault weapon anyway.
