Highest Capacity Modern Revolver ?

What is the highest capacity modern revolver?

Recently someone mentioned the S&W Model 627, which is an 8 shot .357 Magum. Awesome gun! I had seen it before, but never learned much about it until now. Has anyone ever tried to make an even higher capacity gun?

I would love to see a modern gun, chambered in .38 Special, based on this design here, that someone posted a few months back...

That would be the ultimate revolver.

9 shots

Harrington & Richardson Sportsman .22lr Model 999 was a nine shot. Iver Johnson "sealed 8" was 8 shot in .22lr and High Standard Double-9 was a 9 shot in .22lr. And also taurus makes their small revolvers in 9 shot .22lr and 8 shot in .22 mag.

The most I have seen in 357 are the S&W "V8"s, i.e. 8 shot on an N frame.
The 617 has a 10 shot 22LR, most of the others seem to be 9 shot 22s.

There have been several revolvers of very high capacity, including a Belgian gun with 8 six shot cylinders arranged like a Ferris wheel so they could be swung into place as needed. But the question was about modern revolvers, so the 10 shot S&W Model 617 takes the prize.
