High standard pistol grip for riot model?

Hi, I'm new to this forum board. I got a High Standard 12 GA Riot that was left to me by my grandfather and was wondering if any of you have ever seen a pistol grip to fit this application.

None of my sources shows a pistol grip for this gun. This is probably due to the fact that it was built long before the current fad was in vogue. Pistol grips are basically useless as they will make the gun harder to shoot and accuracy will suffer.

One item you'll need to remember is that BATFE regulations say that a shotgun cannot be less than 28" long from butt to muzzle or they are considered Class III weapons.

The fact that the gun is so uncommon doesn't help either, and to be truthful I don't have a need for a pistol grip anyway. I wished I would have asked years ago the history of the gun because I can't remember if this was the shotgun that was carried in his patrol car when he worked the streets. I swear I thought it was a winchester. None the less mtnboomer thanks for the response.
