Went to a gun auction in SE Kansas today - widower selling her remaining collection of guns that she and her husband had collected since 1962. I bought a 4.5" High Standard Military HD. Pistol is in good shape, can't wait to shoot it. Serial number is 227,XXX and was wondering if anyone might know the date of manufacture? Thank you.
