Just got on hickok45's youtube site and am I annoyed. At the top of the page was an ad to reelect our incumbent president. I'm not a subscriber but do frequent his site occasionally and hadn't noticed anything specifically "political"
on it. Any subscribers here who know anything? Not trying to create a firestorm, in fact I've considered becoming a subscriber, but am holding off for awhile. Is he aware/NOT aware of this ad? Just wonderin'.........

Pop up ads look at your computers cache and cookies and will assign an ad for you based on those. I just checked (I'm not a member of his site) and my pop up ad was for Dover Saddlery.

Egor is correct. These ads are highly targeted.

PS - just to add, when I look at the New York Times, I get ads for gun training and why the 9mm isn't enough. Not the Times, sort of thing. Just remember the old routine that from a comic that his DVR thought he was gay and after trying to stop that, it thinks that he is a Nazi. Glenn
