D Dfariswheel New member Apr 11, 2009 #2 Simply not possible to diagnose without seeing the gun. due to too many possibilities. The "usual" when a revolver fails to index is a problem with the "hand" or it's spring. Here's an exploded view of a typical High Standard Sentinel on which the 103 is based. The hand is part number 19. http://www.stevespages.com/ipb-histandard-sentinel.html Before attempting a repair, it's necessary to know EXACTLY whats wrong. All too often people start altering things hopping to hit on a fix, and wind up ruining the gun. Unless you know for certain, see a gunsmith.
