hi power troubles

i have two hipowers, one is a mkIII 40, the other is an old pre-mk fn 9mm. i have the same problem with both. sometimes they fail to extract empty cases. it does not matter what kind of ammo, it does not seem to happen at some predictable interval. one clip will run through flawlessly, the next loading with the same ammo, same clip, may fail to extract every time or every other time or every three or four shells. the guns are clean. i run bulldozers for a living and am stronger than most people in general. is what i describe 'limp wristing'?help

Hello. Since you mention that this occurs with two separate guns, the odds that there is something mechanically wrong seems less. Perhaps you are in fact limp wristing the guns although that seems unlikely as well. Is your hand rubbing against the slide? That could slow it up enough to inhibit ejection.

my hand seems to 'swallow' the hi power. with a little effort to keep my hand off the slide all is well, thank you.
