Hi-caps for levers?......

Can't search for possible threads, so I'll pose this question: Are there hi-cap mags made for lever rifles; specifically BLR .308? It would seem an inexpensive and possibly less "evil looking" setup for HD. Are there ANY levers that accept these? Who makes them?

It is a good concept. However I have a Browning BLR in 308 and even though the lever throw is shorter than some rifles I do not believe you could put clip that was much longer in it because the lever would hit the clip when you cycled the action. Also I don't think anyone makes a high cap. clip for any leveraction.MY solution is have several of the regular clips for it.

How about pumpguns?

I never heard of any for the few mag-fed leverguns, but Remington pumpguns atke mags, and I know that at least 10-rounders have been made. I think it would be an interesting project to at least check into the feasability of doing an end-to-end modification. I once ( about 14 years ago ) made a 45-round carbine mag out of a 15 rounder soft-soldered to the underside of a 30 rounder. I worked just fine, but was so long as to be of no practical use. The only tricky part was joining the springs with little crimpons.
