Hi-Cap. Magazines

Police Officers can purchase Hi-Cap. Magazines. Are they allowed to sell to the general public their old Hi-Cap. magazines regardless when purchased or do they have to stay within the law enforcement community.

Thanks,

Turk

If the magazine is not marked "For Law Enforcement & Military Only," they can sell them... unless there is some communistnazi state law which forbids them from selling their private property to the serfs.

What is a "high capacity magazine"?

For instance, the Glock 17 was designed to accomidate a 17 round magazine, that's not a "high capacity magazine", that's the standard one. A ten round magazine would be a reduced capacity magazine.

G50AE,
Thank you for hiting one of my pet peeves right on the head.

EVERYONE - A 15 round mag for the Beretta or Taurus 92 is a STANDARD CAPACITY mag. A 30 round mag for an AK or AR is a STANDARD CAPACITY mag. The 12 to 17 round hand gun mags only available to law enforcement or military are STANDARD CAPACITY mags. The Feds only want us to have REDUCED CAPACITY mags.

We have to all stop using the terminology of the Antis. By using their words and definitions, we are giving credibility to their lies. When any one says "high caps", correct them, and use the opportunity to teach them of the truth.
