Absolutely! I have 2 promags for a Glock 17 that I use in my G34. They work great - better than the factory, since I had one ftf with the factory mag and none with the promags.
Now, question two. Is the factory trigger as good as it gets or is there better? Understand that there are parts that make a Glock trigger pull less mushy and much more even.
