Happy to see ya Zebra!

One day I'll go to Italy. I'd love to see the Colosseum and am well read on Roman history (we fail to learn from it and seem to repeat it often in the world!)

I'm IPSC/IDPA and a long time martial artist.

Welcome Aboard !!!

Welcome aboard and it's been many years since I sailed through the straits of Messina. Always interested in a country's Gun Laws and practices. Hoping you will provide some refreshing input. ..... ;)

Be Safe !!!

Greetings and welcome to the forum!

my guns are Tanfoglio
That makes sense since you live in Italy. What is your favorite firearm?

The only pistol I own, with a connection to Tanfoglio, is a Baby Eagle in 40S&W. As I understand things, the lineage is a little confusing. The original design is a CZ 75, but CZ didn't secure a copyright, so Tanfoglio picked up the basic design. Then IMI, in Israel, bought parts from Tanfoglio to create the Jericho. When Magnum Research imports the Jericho from IMI, they rename it the Baby Eagle. I don’t know how much of my pistol is from Italy, but I do know that it shoots well.

While I saw a little bit of Italy in the summer of 1975, I only saw Sicily from the deck of a ship. Would be nice to spend some time on the ground there.

Greetings from The Old Dominion (central Virginia).

My step-son and his wife recently hosted an exchange student from Italy. My wife and I spent a couple of delightful days with them in Washington D.C. this past summer. By the time it was over, we were ready to adopt her, but she insisted on returning home.

Happy New Year, zebra11,

Good to hear from our European handgun brethren.

your countrymen manufacture excellent guns. My next bird gun is going to be a Beretta 20 gauge semiauto. My son has a Urika A-391 youth model. That is one wonderfully manufactured shotgun crafted in tradition of Italy's best artisans.

Ciao

Howdy from Texas. :)

I have a Sig Sauer P250 in 40sw. My magazine says made in Italy. I'm not sure where the pistol is made though.
