Fish Used to Detect Terror Attacks (Headline on ev1.net news)
So somebody came up with the bright idea to put sunfish in the drinking water to act as the "canary in a coal mine" and warn us of terrorists making bad drinking water.
This is a headline in todays news. It's not a joke. It's not funny at all.
Why am I upset?
1 Sunfish are nasty creatures that can thrive in a funky water we wouldn't want to drink. They don't mind it a bit.
2 Sunfish create a mess in their water. Just ask anyone who's kept some in a fish tank.So the purity of our water will be worse.
3 These fish live happily in sewer ponds,nasty farm ponds,ditches and again, water we would not drink. How are they going to detect terrorist activity?
4So what level of toxicity does it take to kill a sunfish? VERY HEAVY!!
5I see these fish living in the cast off ponds from Union Carbide Corp. These ponds would not pass a environmental water quality test for drinking believe me. I wouldn't want to even wash my vehicle with this water. It has many chemicals in it that would take some skin off your bare hand.I know I've done environmental work there. It don't bother the sunfish.
They are using Bluegills and Pumpkinseed Sunfish.
So again the amazing minds of our gov. are at work wasting money on foolish stunts while pacifying the sheeple because they are taking care of terror.
I sure would like to find a country today like ours used to be. I'd move there in a hurry. This isn't even funny anymore,it's pathetic bullcrap.
