It was entertaining,,,
Because it fit the Denny Crane character pefectly,,,
But in real life that crook would probably have won a law suit.
That was purposeful "shooting to maim",,,
In Oklahoma that would get you prosecuted by any DA.
Knee-foot-foot my aching backside,,,
And the bad guy didn't drop his pistol 'til he hit the pavement.
But, it was a hugely entertaining scene.
