Don't fragment the vote, as I inadvertantly did, by voting to keep the govt out. That takes away from the "enfoce the laws" which has a thin lead. We might disagree on that, but that's the way the vote is going.
As of 3/23 at 6:50 am PST the results are:
I think the government should enforce the laws on the books 35.53%
I support sweeping gun control measures like trigger locks, assault weapon bans, registration and licensing 31.13%
I think the government should stay out of it 18.27%
I think there should be some further controls, like gun show background checks and voluntary trigger locks 9.23%
I think we should ban all guns 5.82%
At least the "ban all guns" crowd is eating dust.
