Hensoldt- Wentzlar Scope

Hi: I just went to a auction preview and saw a scope marked Hensoldt-Wetzlar Germany. It has what I call a 3 post reticle. Is this a good quality scope are they still in busniess?
 
I had one that turned out to be of WWII vintage. Mine had a single verticle post and only elevation adjustment. Resold it to a collector and made quite a profit. I know he sold it for much more. Understand that I do not know what your have but do remember the manufaturer.
