Henry in .45-70

I've been holding off on a Marlin in .45-70 because of the rumored quality control problems, but now Henry has introduced one and I'm ready to put down a deposit with my local FFL. Can anyone see any reason (other than the usual "I wouldn't buy a first model year") not to? I've always heard good things about the Henry Big Boys.

The only problem I see is it loads via the tubular mag. That said I do own a Henry Big Boy and I don't have any real objection that would stop me...
