Other than having the side of the reciever drilled an tapped for a Williams, try the Williams "Guide" for the grooved reciever top. It may require that you replace the front Blade with a taller one. This sight if they still make it, clamps to the 3/8" grooves. I know that they make one for the Ruger 10/22, as well as one that mounts to a standard Weaver style base.
