help with ultrasonic cleaner?

Hi everyone, I'm thinking about getting an ultrasonic cleaner for my pistols.

How little can I get away with spending for a decent one? Are they worth it? What do you use for solution?

And are there any parts of a pistol you would suggest NOT using it for? Night sights for example?

I don't know squat about them.
