I am working on a H&R Pioneer 765 for a friend, and I cant find anything on what I should do to disassemble the bolt itself...
It does not have anything to grab on to, I had to put it in the vise to turn the handle over so the bolt would go back into the gun...
Any help is welcome, thanks guys...

Ok, so I figured that part out, bolt is now in pieces...
it seems that the firing pin was broken into a few pieces and the firing pin striker is gone compleatly...
I found the parts to replace the broken/missing ones, so no problems there...

one final question, the front sight sits loosly in the dovetail, should I add a dab of glue, or would that be ill advised?

Slide the front sight out of the dovetail and using a small center punch, center punch the dovetail in a couple of places and reinstall the sight. The center punch moves the metal outward and upward, creating a tighter fit. Some people stake the sight in place but that leaves marks on the outside where it can be seen.
