Help with M1 carbine

Just got a M1 carbine and I was wondering if any one knows where I can download information from the army manuals on it like we do from the old ar15 site for the m16. Supposedly FM-37 and the operators manual has what I need. If not then any link to field stripping and general maintence info would help since I didn't get a manual with it. It's a universal commercial model. Thanks, wbear.
 
There are many books on the M1 Carbine, and lots of resources on the web. I'd do a search for "M1 Carbine disassembly" and see what you come up with. Personally, I bought a couple of books to work on mine, they're everywhere. :)

I searched that site, but I couldn't find anything on the M1 Carbine. Do you have a specific area in mind?
