Help with Lyman E-ZEE trimmer

So I've decided to trim all my 308 brass. I purchased this Lyman EZ trimmer and a drill. The EZ trimmer said any shell holder will work, so I bought the Lee shell holder. I've never trimmed brass before, as I would just throw it out.

How the heck to I got this shell holder in this Lyman item? Is this the wrong shell holder? Amazon sold them and recommended them together and the Lyman product said any shell holder will work. But it looks like something is supposed to screw into he bottom of the Lee shell holder.



 
the shell holder has a flange under it, it slides into the large end of the shell holder holder. The bottom threaded portion of the shell holder holder screws up to tighten the shell in the shell holder to keep both the shell and the shell holder from spinning in the shell holder holder while the case is being trimmed. Clear?
 
You got the wrong shell holder. Get the one for a press which has the flange that comes in the die set.

The one you bought is for trimming brass using the drill adaptor.

This is a normal shell holder, and I'm ass-u-ming it's what is needed.
