Help with info on this 1891 Argentine Mauser

Wedge

I have a rifle I am trying to sell so I need some info please. It is marked:

Mauser Modelo Argentino 1891
Manufacturo Loewe Berlin

The crests from both the receiver and stock have been removed. Otherwise the blueing is 90%+ and the wood is also about 92-95% aside from the removed crest. All numbers match.

What is the current value of something like this. It was bought in 1957 and stored since, still has packing grease on the bolt. Never fired since acquired. Thanks for any info! Is it C&R or is it an antique?

Just about all of those had the crests ground off under the Argentine law in effect at the time. Value runs about $150. Too bad it's low, as those are nice rifles, but there were a lot of them and most were in the same condition. Ammunition, mostly corrosive, is available, but those old actions should not be reworked to any more modern cartridge.
