help with an ar build

greetings
been a few years since I took the time to put together an AR15

built numerous many moons ago when I had access to good quality Mil spec parts. still have one left today in the back of the safe somewhere.

who has best quality parts now. looking to stay away from stamped if possible

starting with a couple of S&W mp15 receivers

want a good quality folding stock

please point me in the right direction

With the impending Obama gun ban, there aren't many AR-15 parts to be found. Most parts are being horded as soon as they are manufactured (and the price increases show it).
