HELP ON MUZZLE BRAKES

IM IN THE MARKET FOR SOME MUZZLE BRAKES BUT WHICH ONES?
I HAVE THE BROWNELL´S CATALOG BUT THERE ARE SO MANY.

Muzzle brakes are intended to reduce recoil; none of the cartridges you mention create notable recoil in the first place. The '06 has a bit more muzzle-jump, but nothing to get excited about.

A side-effect of the muzzle brake is more noise for adjacent shooters--as well as for your own ears, hearguards or no.

IMO, unless you're somewhat sensitive to recoil--which ain't any "fault", or "wrong", by the way--I don't really see the point.
