I need some assistance in documenting an AMT Lightening Pistol that I aquired.
Prior to Ruger's Lawsuit AMT made copies of the MK-II Pistol.
The one that I aquired appears to only have been test fired, has what appears to be a Weaver Scope,(rings cover mfg. name), the scope tube is stainless steel (not aluminum) and the serial number is the name and birthdate of one of the past AMT executives.
What I would like to document is the year that the pistol was made and I would like to find a list of the executives/employees of AMT. Would this be possible and how could I go about aquiring this information as AMT is now defunct and so is the company that bought them out a few years back.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
