Looking to identify this particular Trijicon sight.

Has not been able to find it at the Trijicon website.

Can someone help me please?

Found an amazingly similar photo (EXACT) in a thread on AR15.com. here is the explanation of the sight by the OP
As for the night sights, I think they had to custom mill the slide. The gun was sent to Tooltech Gunsight, Inc in Oxford, Michigan for the installation. Magnum Precision (Shooters World) did the gunsmith work.

That sight appears to be for a S&W M&P Shield.

Nice sight! On my Desert Eagle 1911, I put Mepro-Lite sights, because both were made in Israel. Trijicon and Mepro-Lite are good choices for 15-years glowing in your closet consistently!
