help me ID this .223 ammo

I received some mixed .223 ammo from a friend, and have never seen these headstamps before. Can someone give me some insight?

1. "85 13", with both #'s on opposite sides of one another, greenish tinge around primer, greenish tinge overall around the ammo. The primer appears crimped into the casing.

2. "HP 88 5.56", shiny brass case, red primer sealant, also has 3 divots around the primer area.

I'm pretty certain that No 1. is Malaysian. I've seen ammo come out of their battle packs with similar head stamps.


No 2 was made by Hirtenberg Patronne (Hirtenberg cartridge) of either Austria or Germany.

The 3 divots are also primer crimping, but is called "staking."
