Help me finish my rifle

Im finally getting done with my first AR built but I can't decide how to finish it. Right now I have a Stag receiver, milspec m4 stock, BCM 16" standard Carbine upper and all other parts less handgards and optics. How would you finish this build on a BUDGET? I really don't have a specific use for this rifle other than paper punching.
