Those look like Altamont grips. Do a Google search.

I had already checked at Altamont's website, but didn't find these grips (N Frame size). But I just now sent them the picture, to see if they made them but just aren't showing them on their site.

At one time Eagle Grips made a similar grip. Try this:

Bob,

You were correct, those grips were made by Altamont. However, they are for the K-Frame. I have sent Altamont another message, asking them if they make it also for the N-Frame.

Come to think of it, when I complained to S&W about the rubber grips that came on my Model 19, they sent me a pair similar to those pictured, except they were smooth. I don't remember how I learned they were Altamont.

The grips they sent were some type of wood, but were impregnated with acrylic or some such plastic, and just felt awful to me.

I went back and looked at the original photo and mine looked like those, except smooth. They extended below the butt and certainly disrupted the otherwise small package.

Altamont does make this grip for the N Frame, and I ordered today a set just those pictured, except in Super Rosewood.
