Help me figure fair value on a shotgun

Guys, I'm going to sell my Remington 870 Police Magnum, but I have no idea of a proper value for it. This is NOT a for sale ad, I know where those belong!
If you could though, help me establish a fair asking price for the following setup:
-Remington 870 Police Magnum, parkerized finish (NOT matte blue Express!) w/18" bead sight barrel
-Factory top folding stock
-Factory +2 parkerized extension w/clamp
-Pachmayr foregrip
-Red aluminum magazine follower
-Oversize safety head
-Side saddle, modified to allow stock to fold
-Scattergun Technologies sling mount plate (fits at magazine tube) and sling

All of the above in 97-98%+ condition.

What do you guys think is a price that will move it, but is not giving it away?

On the other hand, most folks are saying that "add ons" are lost in the resale, I am wondering if I might come out better, stripping the gun down and parting the accessories out? (factory mag extension, side saddle, aluminum follower, oversize safety, maybe even swap the forend back to the ribbed Police wood?)

You almost always come out better when you part out the accessories. The only reason a lot of people don't is because it is extra work, extra shipping, extra hassle. If it doesn't bother you any, do that, and you can definitely get more $$$$ for it.
