Help - Making a Fibreglass Stock

Hi all, I'm new to the business of stock making, and was wondering if anyone had any experience in making fibreglass stocks. I'm building up a mould for a stock, and have a method of making the stock, but would like any input you guys have to offer. Thanks in advance!

I'd take a look at how others have done it.

What rifle are you planning on making it for? Hollow molded or foam filled? I would think we're talking a minimum of three pieces to the mold, unless you split it horizontally, and if you do that I'd consider your relief angles carefully.
 
So what's your plan to make the foam insert? From looking at the Brown stocks it appears to be a polyurethane shape which is placed in a *slightly* larger mold with the kevlar layed up inside it, and the whole thing is epoxied together. Once the thing is cured it looks to be removed from the mold and trimmed.
