HELP- jam?

I have an old Smith and Wesson revolver, and I loaded on round into it and closed it, and now it wont come out. I press forwards the lever to open up the cylinder and it wont budge. Can anyone tell me what to do to get it out?

a tiny drop of "Guntite" on those threads will keep the problem from happening again.

Good advice if the ejector rod is binding at the front. But there are other reasons for a cylinder binding. If the previous advice didn't help, Revencer, can you give us more info. Also, you don't say if you fired the round. If not, and if at all possible, please fire it. If you can't, please be extremely careful.
